I liked the loading screen.
However I think you should change the type from 'Drama' to 'Music Video'
The animation is pretty good. and It is a shame there isn't more.

Hilarious. probably one of the funniest cartoons to do with halo I've ever seen.

Is this trying to take it self seriously? i am hella confused.

A tip, when you use sprites you can re animate them in photoshop/paint/gimp and you can make mouths and stuff move to look more realistic for the character.
Another thing is that the backgrounds don't really match. you could achieve this with a pixelation filter on your existing image.
The voices i am presuming are from text to speech? You can actually download newer versions which sound a-lot clearer.

Still i don't know if this is trying to take it-self seriously. 3/10

Everytime i watched this animation i was able to identify a new animation style. Excellent work. sound track was great
A shame there was not an anime styled character. for example the charge the character does right before turning into a power puff girl i was expecting a goku kamahamea.
